You've Been Selected

This isn't a sign-up.
It's an invitation.

You've been identified for The Rugby Advantage NY 7s pathway. Black Squad (HS Girls Elite) is sold out. Red Squad (Open) and Women's Elite (college / club / senior) still have places.

Selection

How you make the squad.

Three squads at the New York 7s — Black · HS Girls Elite, Red · Open, and Women's Elite (college / club / senior). Your place is decided at the trial, not on a form.
Black Squad · HS Girls Elite

One team. Hand-picked.

Our strongest fifteen — selected to represent The Rugby Advantage in the HS Girls Elite division and compete for the New York 7s title. Squad is full (15 of 15). Looking for a place? Red Open still has spots.

Sold Out — 15 of 15
Red Squad · Open

Open division. Same standard.

Open division only — no prep camp. Tournament weekend Nov 27–28, or add 10-week S&C. Choose Tournament Only or Combo on the Red register page.

TRA Women's Elite

College · Club · Senior.

Invitation squad for women — same hand-picked standard as Black, not a high-school pathway. No prep camp. Tournament $995 — pay in full or 3 payments ($335 · $330 · $330).

The trial decides it

Every place is earned at the selection trial. Players are scored on the same combine metrics the program tracks all season — Bronco, 40m, broad jump and vertical — alongside skills and live game play. Those scores set the squad. Miss the trial and you can't be ranked or placed.
